Snowflake Dancongs (Winter Harvest)

In the Phoenix Mountains, the last harvest of the year is called 雪片 or Snowflake.  This harvest doesn't happen for all our produces every year, but when the weather permits, there is a final harvest of dancong in late November.  These teas are often lightly processed and made fragrant forward with anachronistic spring aroma strong in the dry and wet leaves.
