Oolong Tea

Chinese oolong teas (commonly called qingcha or blue teas in Chines) from small farms throughout the provinces.  The processing of these teas can be very complex, often involving withering, oxidizing, and roasting.  The spectrum of oolong is one of the largest and most diverse categories of Chinese teas.
