The Xie family is a tiny production household in the Phoenix Mountains. They are a 5 generation production family consisting of a father, mother, and a son. Together they manage 30 Mu of tea fields (almost 5 acres) interspersed with bamboos, vegetable gardens, and wild mountains.
We are excited to support such a small-scale operation and look forward to leading some tea tours of their land and tea making methods once travel becomes more fluent!
For a more detailed look into their garden, check out our blog post from Spring 2021!
