We are very sorry to announce:

Due to the strain of international air traffic during the epidemic, the wait time for some parcels and the corresponding direction of EMS will be extended.  It is expected that the extension will be as follows:
The United States 20 days, Canada 25 days, Australia 20 days, Japan and South Korea 15 days, Europe 30 days. Please understand also that there is a good chance that that further delays may occur while outgoing flights are scarce.

In the event that your parcel is excessively delayed, please don't hesitate to reach out. We will contact the exporting partner and make sure that your tea is still on the way！
