Full refunds will always be granted if shipping issues prevent the buyer from receiving their tea. If a buyer says they did not receive their tea in the mail, we will honor that and reimburse them without any request for evidence.
While we do not accept our teas back, buyers who have complaints about quality or packaging may also be eligible for a full reimbursement.
