Pressed Tea

After three years of visiting farms, tasting, buying and selling loose leaf tea, we have finally begun to commission some of the teas be pressed into cakes.  This comes from a long time tasting and testing teas over a period of years, working with farmers and producers for a long time to build trust in their tea quality and their pressing techniques.  We only include teas that we have ourselves had pressed, we know everything that goes into these cakes, where the material is grown, who processed them, and how they came together into your tea.
