This is absolutely one of my favorites. I’m about to order another batch so that I never run out. I’m very impressed with the depth of the flavor notes and the gentle hug from smokiness of it.
Wonderfully smokey but not overpowering, like having tea while sitting and enjoying a nice fire.
The tea reminds me of a lazy, mellow summer afternoon. Just lying in a hayfield and enjoying life.
My absolute favorite of the dancong oolongs I've tried yet from One River. If an oolong could be described as a fresh breeze, spring water, bamboo leaves, green branches, and sun-dappled earth—this would be it.
