Master Bi

Bi Zhaochun is a child of Qimen County's export factory system and inheritor of the traditional Keemun Gongfu red tea that made the area famous. He still lives at a small apartment near the old factory, but now also rents a space in Fuxi Village where he blends and produces small batches of Keemun each Spring. Master Bi spends some of the slack seasons in northern China's Shandong and Liaoning Provinces, advising experimental sites on red tea processing.
