Zhenghe Whites

Fujian's slightly less famous, but equally delicious source of white tea.

Later to adopt the forms of pressing now standard in Fuding, the tea has been relatively late to the tea market. The large stock of wilded Zhenghe Dabai and Fu'an Dabai cultivars combine with the County' high elevation to make some uniquely milky and / or vegetal whites.
